A keen planner with a passion for affordable housing, Adrienne splits her time between the City of Milpitas’s Planning Department and the M-Group office in Campbell.

Prior to joining M-Group, Adrienne worked as a sustainability and planning intern at the Town of Portola Valley, where she led community outreach for the town center master plan update, completed plan checks and researched and wrote sustainability ordinance amendments.

A Bay Area transplant, Adrienne hails from Toronto, Canada.  In Toronto, Adrienne completed a Master’s in Planning at York University, Canada’s third-largest university, where her research focused on the key ingredients to creating healthy, livable downtown communities. Upon moving to the Bay Area, Adrienne immersed herself in local planning issues, writing her Master’s thesis on the use of accessory dwelling units as a tool to increase supply and affordability in Palo Alto. Before beginning her Master’s, Adrienne spent over 6 years in the commercial real estate industry managing Class A office towers in Toronto’s financial district.

Adrienne is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the Urban Land Institute Silicon Valley Committee.  She balances her work life with cooking, book clubs, hiking, yoga, and road trips with her husband.
