Caroline is a certified Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of supportive and management roles throughout the Silicon Valley.
She brings a wealth of experience in both Benefits and Leave Administration. During her tenure in Higher Ed Caroline was in a key role and designed leave policies and programs.
She volunteers with local Medicare groups on behalf of Council on Aging and with the Silicon Valley Comic Con. She prides herself on health care advocacy and sharing her knowledge with others.

As a local, Caroline grew up in Santa Clara County, where she attended De Anza and West Valley Colleges.
She is Human Resources Certified with both HRCI and SHRM and enjoys taking additional courses to keep up with California law and best practices.

Caroline and her husband Allier have twin boys and a small zoo of rescue animals at home. She enjoys reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
