Ceci Conley

ASSOCIATE planner 

Ceci is a planner with a wide range of interests and a background in design review, transportation planning, and research. She has excellent writing and communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Ceci is currently assisting the City of Palo Alto doing Single Family Design Review, working the public counter, and helping clients navigate the permitting process.

Prior to working at M-Group, Ceci worked for the City of San Jose’s Department of Transportation as a Walk n’ Roll (Safe Routes to School) Intern. She performed walk audits and field observations to improve walking routes to schools, worked with the community to improve participation in the program, tracked program data, and completed research for the Active Transportation Program grant. Prior to this, Ceci worked as an Intern with the County of Santa Clara’s planning department and with the nonprofit organization SPUR.

Ceci received a Master in Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University, with a concentration on Transportation and Land Use. Her graduate thesis focused on Bay Area Bike Share’s impact on downtown San Jose. Ceci received her bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Notre Dame.

Outside of work, Ceci enjoys spending time with her two young children and husband, running, and playing in the great outdoors.
