Associate urban designer
Kristina is an experienced Urban Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the design industry. She has worked abroad for several years in Lithuania and England in both public and private sectors. Kristina is a designer who displays original and innovative thinking, is highly organized, and has a great sense of responsibility.
Kristina supports the policy team with her urban design and planning skills. She is the lead urban designer for Vision and Specific plans, developing illustrative plans, public realm design guidelines, and urban design & streetscape studies. Her illustrations provide the graphic content for a form-based approach to urban design.
Prior to M-Group, Kristina was an Urban Designer at Carlton Design Partnership in Southampton, England. She was a Lead Urban Designer for new residential and mixed-use developments and became familiar with the preparation & submission of Planning & Reserved Matters Applications. Kristina was responsible for the preparation of all the supporting documentation such as Design & Access Statements, Design review studies, Opportunities and Constraints plans and diagrams, illustrative plans, 3D visuals, and Vision & Streetscape Plans.
Kristina holds a Master of Science in Building and Urban Design in Development from University College London in England. She received her Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in Lithuania.
Kristina enjoys learning new things and challenging herself. She is passionate about art, urban design, sustainable and healthy living. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time outside hiking, surfing and playing tennis.
