Mandy is a highly organized, determined and motivated planner with over 11 years in the profession. She has acquired the in-depth knowledge of project management, environmental review, and current planning that only comes with hands on experience. She has a passion for organization and time management that keep her projects on schedule. Her direct communication approach builds trusted professional relationships with both public and private stakeholders making her a valued planning consultant and effective problem solver.
Mandy has worked with several California public planning departments including the City of Dublin and the City of Manteca, where she managed entitlement projects, prepared CEQA compliant environmental documentation, General Plans, developed policies and procedures, and managed external consultants. She has developed scopes and budgets, staff reports and authored Request for Proposals.
Mandy earned a Masters degree in Business Administration at the University of the Pacific and her Bachelors of Arts degree in Architecture, with a minor in City and Regional Planning, at UC Berkeley. She loves to draw, paint, read, listen to music and cherishes time with her young family.
