Alicia is a professional land use and environmental planner with over 17 years of project management experience in public and private sector planning.   She has managed a wide range of complex development permits, specific plans, and master plans.  In addition, she has experience preparing and managing CEQA and NEPA environmental documents.  She focuses on provides responsive customer service in all aspects of the planning process. 

Although Alicia’s work has been primarily in Sonoma and Marin Counties, her work has taken her throughout the state of California.  Alicia has assisted agencies in preparation of NEPA documents for projects seeking Federal transportation grants, in compliance with specific NEPA guidelines established by Caltrans.   Throughout the State she has prepared NEPA documents for affordable housing projects in compliance with NEPA guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Alicia was contracted by the State of California to peer review numerous NEPA Environmental Assessments for compliance with NEPA and HUD requirements.

Alicia recently completed the Green Building Professional Certificate Program at Sonoma State University (SSU) and is currently undertaking the Sustainable Landscaping Program at SSU.

In her spare time, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, whether on a weekend camping trip, a bike ride around town or a short walk around their organic vegetable garden.
