EUNICE BAN, AICP

Principal Planner

Eunice is a dedicated Planner with over a decade of experience guiding cities and counties across California through complex planning projects. Her expertise spans historic preservation, housing policy, CEQA compliance, and economic development. Eunice has worked at the county level, with small to mid-sized cities, and as a housing program manager, bringing a well-rounded perspective to every project she is a part of.

She is passionate about creating communities that balance environmental stewardship, housing needs, and economic vitality. Eunice values collaboration and strives to ensure that all voices are heard in the planning process.

Eunice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Urban and Regional Studies from UCLA and a Master’s in Planning from USC. She also earned her CEQA certification from UCSD Extension and serves as an annual awards juror for APA Los Angeles.

When she’s not working, she enjoys preparing meals for her family, spending time with her baby, and traveling to explore new places, foods, and cultures.
