EUNICE BAN, AICP

Principal Planner

Eunice Ban, AICP, brings over a decade of public-sector planning experience, helping communities navigate complex development projects while advancing long-term sustainability and equity. She takes a collaborative approach to every project, ensuring community voices help shape outcomes that are inclusive and resilient.

Her expertise spans historic preservation, housing policies, design reviews, CEQA compliance, and economic development. She has worked for cities and county agencies throughout California and has also served as a housing program and project manager for various housing non-profits, providing a broad and well-rounded perspective to her work.

Eunice has a Master’s in Planning from USC and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Urban and Regional Studies from UCLA. She also earned her CEQA certification from UCSD Extension and has served as an annual awards juror for APA Los Angeles.

When she’s not working, she enjoys creating meals for her family, spending time with her family, and traveling to explore new places, foods, and cultures.
