GEOFF I. BRADLEY, AICP

President + principal

Geoff brings over 33 years of experience across the public and private sectors, working with architectural, planning, and development firms as well as public agencies. Before founding M-Group, he spent a decade in the public sector with Bay Area planning and redevelopment agencies. Throughout his career, Geoff has partnered with numerous jurisdictions across the region, leading projects including downtown revitalization, major commercial and mixed-use developments, transit-oriented communities, and award-winning updates to General Plans, Housing Elements, and Specific Plans. 

As a results-driven planning professional with a strong foundation in architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture, Geoff is passionate about creating vibrant, inclusive cities. He pairs innovative ideas with pragmatic solutions and engages diverse stakeholders to achieve shared community goals. His leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, equity, and sustainability—empowering teams and communities to shape places that reflect both cultural identity and environmental responsibility. 

Geoff holds a M.S. in Architecture and a B.S. in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He also studied Urban Studies and Landscape Architecture at The University of Sheffield in England.
