IAN KLASSEN
PLANNING ANALYST/AI SPECIALIST
At M-Group, Ian is known as the AI guy. With an established career in tech, Ian is now pursuing a Master's in Urban Planning at San Jose State University. He is a Planner and Product leader focused on growth, efficiency, and quality, and on building systems, teams, and processes where people do their best work. At M-Group, he is committed to an inclusive, collaborative environment where colleagues at every level are supported and mentored, and where continuous improvement is a shared value across the firm.
Before joining M-Group, Ian held senior leadership roles at Intuit, GoPro, Samsung, Amazon, Apple, Rally Health, Zappos, and Accenture, where he built and led cross-functional teams across global markets and in complex, regulated environments. He holds an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from Simon Fraser University and a Software Engineering certificate from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, Ian can be found running, biking, swimming, surfing, or snowboarding, ideally all in the same week.
